Discover or improve your trail running skills during a session led by a certified coach, designed specifically for intermediate runners.
This outing allows you to work on endurance, pacing on both ascents and descents, and running techniques on varied terrain.
On the agenda: warm-up, personalized technical advice, pacing, and hands-on practice on a route tailored to the group’s skill level. The coach will accompany you throughout the route to help you progress safely and gain confidence on the trails.
An ideal experience for improving your technique, building confidence on natural terrain, and sharing a sporting experience in the great outdoors.
