The Casa Bianco pays homage to the history of the Excelsior, a former inn housing the Italian workers who built the railroad line to the Sea of Ice in the early 20th century. This heritage is also reflected in some of the hotel's architectural features. Casa Bianco is all about the warmth of home and the grandeur of Mont Blanc, fused together to offer generous, friendly and comforting transalpine cuisine for travelers. A version of Italian cuisine that's different from what you'd find in Chamonix, with an emphasis on produce.
