This summer, the Manigod Tourist Office invites you to enjoy a wellness break with three Hatha Yoga sessions in a spectacular setting: Tête de Cabeau, a panoramic spot offering breathtaking views of the Aravis mountains. Led by Isabelle Mathez, these sessions are open to everyone and offer a chance to relax, energize, and recharge in the heart of the mountains. Practical Information Dates: July 16, 23, and 30 Prices: €5 per adult • €3 per child (ages 5 to 10) Registration required via the Croix Fry Tourist Office or the Merdassier Information Point Limited to 20 participants Complimentary herbal tea after the session What to bring: Comfortable clothing A blanket or yoga mat A water bottle Access: Via the Cabeau chairlift (standard lift schedules and rates apply) Or on foot In the event of bad weather, the session will be held indoors at the Guy Vacherand Hall. Hatha Yoga is a traditional practice that harmonizes body and mind through work on postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and techniques for relaxation and turning inward. Your instructor: Isabelle Mathez Passionate about nature, the mountains, and well-being, Isabelle Mathez has been practicing yoga for over thirty years. A certified Hatha Yoga instructor, she has also trained in traditional meditation and Yoga Nidra. She guides everyone through a practice that respects individual pacing—offered with kindness—to help you rediscover relaxation, body awareness, and serenity.
