La Ferme des Cabrettes produces Savoyard goat cheese called Chevrotin, but also goat cheese and serac.
Toni is happy to show visitors around his goat farm through a guided, narrated tour of the farm and the production of Chevrotin (including the process of turning milk into cheese). Production and sale of Chevrotin (A.O.P.), goat’s milk Tomme, and Sérac.

- Every Monday and Thursday starting at 3:00 p.m., goat milking at 5:15 p.m.
- Cheese sales at the chalet every day.
- Access on foot only: allow 45 minutes on foot from the Lanche parking lot or 1 hour on foot from Vallon.
In the village, head toward the Carmel (monastery) and follow signs for “Parking de la Lanche.”

Visits on Mondays and Thursdays from 3 p.m. and milking goats at 5:15 p.m. Reservation compulsory the day before at the latest, at the Tourist Office of Le Reposoir.
