La Ferme des Cabrettes produces Savoyard goat cheese called Chevrotin, but also goat cheese and serac.
Marie-Hélène gladly introduces her goat farm through a guided tour to explain the production of chevrotin. Throughout the course, we enjoy discovering the educational panels created for the occasion. The walk can be extended by a tasting made of buckshot, tomme, serac, jams ... Convinced by the victuals with alpine flavors, we generally start with buckshot, tomme or serac sold on site.
It takes around 45 minutes to walk from the La Lanche car park to Le Reposoir to access the farm.
Visits on Mondays and Thursdays from 3 p.m. and milking goats at 5:15 p.m. Reservation compulsory the day before at the latest, at the Tourist Office of Le Reposoir.
