Discover cold-water swimming at the Combloux lake: supervised sessions to help you gradually get used to the cold, combining invigorating dips with relaxation in the sauna, with a view of Mont Blanc.

➡️ What you’ll experience
Stepping into the cool water, controlling your breathing, feeling your body adapt… session after session, the experience becomes more fluid and intense. The group plays a key role, offering motivation and camaraderie, before extending the experience in the warmth of the sauna.

Alternating between cold water and the sauna, for a complete experience combining stimulation and recovery, just like our neighbours in the Nordic countries!

Adults in good physical condition, whether beginners or experienced swimmers, who are keen to discover or explore cold-water swimming further.

Winter season (dates and times to be confirmed for winter 2026–2027).

- Supervision by a lifeguard
- Free access to the sauna after the session
➡️ What you need to know before you come
- 1-hour session
- You must wear a swimsuit (no wetsuits)
- Neoprene hat, gloves and booties recommended for those with sensitive extremities
- Medical certificate confirming no contraindications to cold-water swimming (or winter swimming) is mandatory
- An electrocardiogram is recommended before the start of the course (no more than 3 months before the start of the activity)
- Commitment to the entire course: no individual sessions
