Summer : Come to see the milking of 70 cows from the GAEC Val Mont-Blanc farm every day, in an exceptional setting, on the Bogneuse alp at 1600m altitude in the commune of Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle (25min from Combloux).
The milk is directly processed on site and transformed into farm cheese (Reblochon, Abondance, Tomme, Raclette, Yaourts, etc.) which you can find in the 3 shops and also discover other local products.
