Suitable for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners,
On Mondays at 12.30 pm and 7.30 pm, and on Thursdays at 6 pm, it’s Yoga.
Yoga encourages self-awareness and letting go. My practice has been shaped by the foundational texts of yoga, in accordance with Indian tradition. The Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras have profoundly transformed my perception and my way of being in the world. Like a guide, they have become an inner compass to which I remain attuned. I invite you to explore this path in keeping with tradition, a teaching that respects the pace of your inner journey. I tailor the practices to each individual (whether it be Viniyoga, which respects each person’s breath and rhythm; Yin Yoga, to release tension and embrace stillness; or Yoga Nidra, for a journey into the unconscious and deep rest).
Authentic, well-guided yoga adapts to each and every person, whatever your age or physical condition.
