Chalet Gipsy is located at the entrance to Combloux. A unique concept in the village of Combloux and in the valley, we offer traditional and world cuisine in the form of dishes to share. A friendly, cosy atmosphere.
The Gipsy Chalet is unique in its genre, with a decor that breaks the mould and a concept of dishes to share. This winter it is also reinventing itself with a concept of coffee shop and homemade snack from 4pm to 7pm, followed by our menu of dishes to share in the evening until 11pm. All in a great atmosphere.
Chalet Gipsy is run by Alexis Dumas and Clovis Duvillard, a skier originally from Combloux, and his partner Clovis, who is also the restaurant's chef and photographer. An unusual background, but one that adds to the restaurant's charm!

Private hire for up to 40 people is available, or you can bring a group of 8 or 16 to our large, cosy tables at the back of the restaurant, ideal for a gathering of friends.
