In the heart of the Giffre Valley, Arvi'Pâtes carries on the art of artisanal pasta-making in its workshop located below the restaurant in Verchaix, just 10 minutes from Samoëns and Morillon. Every step of the production process is carried out on-site, every day, using carefully selected, locally sourced ingredients from short supply chains: fresh pasta, dried pasta, ravioli, and gnocchi with flavors inspired by the Savoyard region. Our pasta packages are available for purchase on-site at the restaurant’s grocery shop, open 7 days a week. Businesses (restaurants, shops) can also order directly. And to enjoy our prepared pasta dishes, the Arvi'Pâtes restaurant welcomes you for lunch and dinner, featuring specialties flambéed in a Parmesan wheel.
