What if you started your day differently? “Réveil curieux” is an invitation to experience the church in a new way: not just as a place to observe, but as a space to experience.
Through a gentle and playful journey that combines Qi Gong practice with an exploration of Baroque heritage, let yourself be guided on an experience that connects the body, the senses, and the gaze.
The session begins outdoors with a moment of grounding: feeling the ground beneath your feet, taking the time to settle in, breathing, and opening yourself to the landscape. Next comes a moment of exploration around the church and its bell tower: observing, looking up, discovering some insights, and sparking your curiosity.
In front of the façade, a few postural exercises inspired by Qi Gong invite you to make connections between shapes, verticality, balance, and sensations.
Inside, the pace slows even further. Seated comfortably—sometimes even lying down on the pews—participants take the time to contemplate the frescoes, listen to the silence, pay attention to their breathing, and let their gaze wander.
Between architecture and posture, inner reflection and openness, sky and earth, this experience offers a moment of relaxation and mindfulness to start the day with energy, curiosity, and a sense of lightness.
No prior experience is necessary.
An activity open to enthusiasts, families, and anyone who enjoys exploring in a different way
