- To reach the departure point of the Grandes Platières cable car, follow the nautilus shells to Flaine Forum.
From Flaine Forêt, take the orange lifts that connect Flaine Forêt and Flaine Forum.
If you are coming by car, park at the P2 car park (free in summer), then follow the shells on foot for about 10 minutes to reach the cable car departure point.
