A lovely, warm atmosphere pervades this gîte located in the heart of the authentic village of Lullin in the Chablais region, perfect for enjoying the mountains and nature in both summer and winter. Ideally situated for exploring the area: Lake Geneva is 20km away, and the nearest downhill and cross-country ski resorts are 7km away. The village offers a small supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, and more.

In the heart of the Chablais village of Lullin, this 45m² gîte is located on the second floor of a village house that also contains two other accommodations (including gîte reference 155011). The owners run a small, family-run hotel opposite the house. Sleeps up to 5 people (no extra charge). Shared entrance for both gîtes. - Entrance hall. - Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, combination microwave/oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, stovetop, etc.), television. - 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 double bed 140x190cm and 1 single bed 90x190cm). - Bathroom: sink, shower. - Separate WC. Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen provided. Optional extras/rental upon request: towels, end-of-stay cleaning. Shared laundry room with washing machine. Shared ski/bike storage. Shared between the two cottages: barbecue, terrace on the same lower level (first floor) with garden furniture for each cottage. Terrace overlooks the adjoining house (bakery office). Parking next to the house or in the hotel parking lot opposite the cottage. Lullin village center on site with small shops within walking distance: bakery next door (adjoining the cottage), mini-market, butcher, farm shop at Mont Forchat, newsagent/tobacconist, pharmacy in the village.
