In the heart of the authentic village of Lullin in the Chablais region, enjoy a "mountains and nature" setting, 20km from Lake Geneva and 7km from the nearest ski resorts. A warm and welcoming atmosphere awaits you in this gîte with 2 bedrooms and balconies. Small shops are located in the village.

In the heart of the village of Lullin, this 43m² gîte is located on the first floor of a village house that also contains two other accommodations (including gîte reference 155012). The owners run a small, family-run hotel opposite the house. The two gîtes share a common entrance. Sleeps up to 5 people (no extra charge). - Entrance hall. - Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, combination microwave/oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, stovetop, etc.), television. - 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190cm, balcony), Bedroom 2 (1 double bed 140x190cm and 1 single bed 90x190cm, access to a second balcony). - Bathroom: sink, bathtub. - Separate toilet. Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen provided. Optional extras/rental upon request: towels, end-of-stay cleaning. Shared laundry room with washing machine. Shared ski/bike storage. Two balconies accessible from the bedrooms, each furnished with a small table and two chairs. Shared by both cottages: barbecue, terrace on the same level (first floor) with garden furniture for each cottage. Terrace overlooking the adjoining house (bakery office). Parking next to the house or in the hotel parking lot opposite the cottage. The village center of Lullin is on-site, with small shops within walking distance: bakery next door (adjoining the cottage), mini-market, butcher, farm shop (Mont Forchat farm shop), newsagent/tobacconist, and pharmacy in the village. Brev'Bus stop in front of the house. Thonon-les-Bains, Lake Geneva, and thermal baths are 18 km away. Evian-les-Bains (casino, thermal baths, etc.) is 25 km away. Geneva is 40 km away. Col du Feu 3km, Lac de Vallon (Bellevaux) 13km. Skiing at the Hirmentaz/Bellevaux resort 7km. Mouilles cross-country ski center 6.5km, Plateau de Plaine Joux 21km, Portes du Soleil resorts: Morzine 28km, Abondance 32km, Châtel 45km.
