In “Sorcières Processionnaires,” Violaine Escande takes us on a journey through the centuries to meet these women accused of witchcraft, exploring history, myths, and contemporary portrayals. Through a well-researched, thought-provoking narrative, tinged with humor and poetry, the show examines the witch hunts and their legacy in today’s society. A lively and intimate performance, blending theater, song, and dance, that pays tribute to women of yesterday and today and invites everyone to reflect—with both lightheartedness and depth—on the place of women in our society. The evening continues after the show with a special opportunity to interact with the artists over a glass of wine, included with admission. This is a chance for audience members to speak directly with the artists. For those who wish to extend the evening further, pizzas are available by reservation.
