Young and old will be happy to get to know the animals of the Ballancy farm (5 km from the Carroz).
Watch the cheese-making process every morning from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (except Tuesdays and Sundays).
Cheese and other farm products are sold directly to customers between 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
You can watch the cows being milked starting at 5:00 PM.
Credit cards not accepted on site.
