How to book the village hall?
• You can contact our services on 04.50.32.65.20, or by email (mairie@laclusaz.fr):
This initial contact is necessary to agree on a date for use.
This provisional date will be held for 10 days.
• During these 10 days, to confirm your rental request, you will need to send us a letter or email addressed to the Mayor of La Clusaz, Didier Thévenet.
• Once the Municipality has approved the rental, a contract will be sent to you.
You will need to provide:
- a deposit (representing 50% of the rental cost), payable by cheque (made out to the Trésor Public),
- proof of civil liability insurance,
- a security deposit of €1,000 (cheque not cashed).
Key collection:
The keys to the hall are:
- to be collected on site at the time of the inventory ENTRY: date and times to be defined when the contract is signed,
- to be returned on site at the time of the inventory EXIT: date and times to be defined when the contract is signed.
If these deadlines are not met, you will be charged for an additional day.
Surface area: 325 m² usable space (22 m x 15 m)
Stage: 21 m² (3 m x 7 m), composed of interlocking modules (3 x 1 m² + 9 x 2 m²) + curtain
Bar: 7 m long
