Bright and comfortable detached house in the countryside in a town located to the west of the Haute-Savoie department. Beautiful private outdoor space (garden, above-ground pool in season, etc.). The ideal place for a quiet stay with family or friends!

Gîte of 88 m² (+12 m² under attic and 19 m² garage/laundry room) on 3 levels of a contemporary independent house. Entrance to a vestibule giving pedestrian access to the garage and laundry area (washing machine/dryer, freezer, etc.). Access staircase to the 1st level including the living room with equipped kitchen opening onto a lounge area. Meal table for 4/6 people and mobile service. Bay window giving access to the balcony with a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. On the same level, 'master bedroom' space separated from the living room and comprising two separate rooms: the bedroom (bed made up of 2 non-separable 90x200 mattresses) and the bathroom (bath/shower, WC). On the 2nd level: large attic space including 2 twin 90x200 beds and a relaxation area (convertible sofa, coffee table, armchair) as well as an office area. Bathroom with shower, WC). Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, parasol on the ground floor at the back of the house and access to the wooded grounds via an external staircase. Above-ground pool with freely accessible ladder in season. Parking possible in front of the gîte and in the private garage (gravel courtyard below the access road). Electric underfloor heating and radiators, wifi (fiber). Sheets provided, beds made. Household and bathroom linen provided. End of stay cleaning included. Gîte located in the Usses valley between Geneva/Annecy and Valserhône. Near the Vuache de Seyssel mountain and the Ain department, separated from Haute-Savoie by the Rhône. Annecy 32 km, Geneva 40 km and Aix-les-Bains 47 km. Region of hillsides and vineyards (La Roussette wine).
