The Annecy Lake Ecomuseum offers a unique and immersive experience that brings you face-to-face with 19th-century Savoyards on the shores of Lake Annecy... featuring a variety of activities, puzzle games, and interactive trails to enjoy on your own, as a pair, with friends, or with family.
The Ecomuseum offers visitors a rich collection of traditional costumes and objects from Savoie of yesteryear. The items on display open the door to an era when time had a different value than it does today. This journey into Savoie is designed to be both fun and interactive, offering a unique exploration of our region’s history through reenactments, a short film (19 min), and activities for all ages...
There are various activities to enjoy, especially with the family:
- The mystery game: “The Mystery of the Sleeping Village” (Teens and adults, ages 10 and up—included with admission)
- The interactive trails: “Louise Has Disappeared” (ages 6–10), “Pompon, the Little Sheep” (ages 3–6), “In the Footsteps of Ficelle, the Kitten” (ages 2–3). Included in the admission ticket.
- Outdoor trails: “Who Am I?” (Puzzle trail—ages 8 to 88) and “Along the Water” (ages 6 and up).
