A creative workshop—but not just that: on the hunt for a drink that'll warm you up!
The goals of this fun workshop are simple:
- To raise children’s awareness of the importance of staying hydrated in winter, even when they don’t feel as thirsty.
- Discover healthy winter drinks.
- And finally, create their own thermos to take home so they can stay hydrated anywhere, anytime!
Through games and simple activities, the children will leave with their own beautiful creations and helpful tips for winter.
Led by a registered dietitian. An adult must be present.
Maximum of 10 children.
Please take 1 ticket per child (it is not necessary to take a ticket for accompanying adults).
