Free Wi-Fi. Upon arrival, the concierge will welcome you and show you around; a welcome gift will be waiting for you, and the concierge will also be available upon your departure. They will be available to assist you throughout your vacation at the chalet. In case of heavy snow, the path to the house from the parking lot will be cleared. For the rest of your stay, snow shovels are available if needed.
