Description
The Roster is a street-food concept featuring burgers made with 100% fresh ingredients that are “bursting with flavor.” The burgers are served in a restaurant with a rock-inspired decor, designed to blend alternative culture with board sports.
Behind this concept are Hugo Danis and Benjamin Jean, two Annecy natives and childhood friends who made their way together in the world of professional snowboarding. As food lovers, their athletic careers allowed them to travel and explore the cuisines of many countries, as well as discover the world of burgers across the globe: “When we were on the road for competitions, we ate out almost every day, and we always ended up choosing a burger.”
