Description
The Roster is a street-food concept featuring 100% fresh produce burgers "dripping with flavor". The burgers are served in a rock-style restaurant, a blend of alternative culture and board sports.
The concept is the brainchild of Hugo Danis and Benjamin Jean, two childhood friends from the Annecy region of France, who worked together in the world of professional snowboarding. Lovers of cuisine, their sporting careers enabled them to travel and discover gastronomy in many countries, and to discover the world of the burger around the world: "When we were away for competitions, we ate in restaurants practically every day, and in the end we always ended up choosing a burger".
