Saint-Exupéry said, “The Little Prince is a children’s book written for grown-ups.” It is this quote that guides the company in its adaptation.
With a tone that is both childlike and innocent, the show explores the full richness of the original text: human relationships, the foibles of adults, and the fragile beauty of the bonds that unite us. Part philosophical fable, part coming-of-age tale, the story unfolds with vibrant emotion, blending tenderness, melancholy, and touches of humor—sometimes bordering on the absurd.
On stage, two actors bring these universal words to life, accompanied by a musician. The electric guitar, manipulated live using pedals and effects, creates an atmosphere that is by turns cosmic and deeply earthly. It prolongs the silences, underscores the emotions, and invites the audience on a true sensory journey.
Infused with tenderness and hope, this adaptation delicately reminds us of the importance of human relationships and the need to preserve our childlike perspective.
A show for all ages, where everyone will find a personal connection.
