Upstairs: bedroom 2 (2 beds, 80x200 cm, which can be joined to form a 160 cm bed upon request), bedroom 3 (1 bed, 140x190 cm), separate toilet. For your comfort, sheets and towels are included (beds made upon arrival). Wi-Fi. South-facing terrace with patio furniture, umbrella, lounge chairs, and a plancha grill. Outdoor lounge area on the east side. On-site parking with a carport for 2 vehicles. Small garden shed used for storage (skis, bikes). Grand-Massif ski area 8 km away (Les Carroz d’Araches): 265 km of interconnected trails including the resorts of Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval. Les Carroz resort center is 7.5 km away (bars, restaurants, and numerous seasonal activities: swimming pool, sledding, paragliding, canyoning, mountain biking, golf, etc.). The Agy cross-country ski area is 3.5 km from the cottage (plus snowshoeing and summer hikes). Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths, 34 km away. Chamonix Mont-Blanc, 50 minutes by car (50 km). Be sure to bring snow gear in winter. Small pets allowed upon request.
