In the heart of Haute-Savoie: a spacious guesthouse located in a quiet, unspoiled area at the end of a small private cul-de-sac. The house, which overlooks the Arve Valley, is surrounded by vast natural spaces (open fields, forest). The four guest rooms are located in a private wing of the owners’ home, which is entirely dedicated to guests. The property features three guest rooms for two people on the first floor and one large family room for two to four people on the second floor. Each room features a TV, Wi-Fi internet access, mountain views, a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, toiletries, and a welcome tray. Sheets and towels are included. A hearty breakfast, prepared with fresh ingredients, is included in the nightly rate. Shared facilities on the ground floor include a fully equipped kitchen (for guests’ use), a large dining table for meals and breakfast, and a sitting area with a TV and sofa. Breakfast (included in the price) is served in this common area. Large shared terrace, pétanque court, and heated outdoor pool open from April through the end of October (heated to 28°C, dimensions 8 m x 4 m). Ample parking on the property. Option to rent all the rooms and have exclusive use of the property as a vacation rental (upon request). All local shops and services are 1.5 km away (Scionzier town center). Supermarket 2 km away. The Grand Massif ski area is a 25-minute drive away (Les Carroz is 18 km away, Morillon is 19 km away). The Romme-Sur-Cluses cross-country ski area (plus a beginner-friendly alpine ski area) is 11 km away. Numerous hiking trails in the Bargy and Aravis areas or on the Solaison Plateau (25 minutes away). Geneva is a 40-minute drive away; Annecy and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc are 45 minutes away; Lake Geneva, Yvoire, and the beaches are about 50 minutes away.
