Description
Discover Tetrapak engraving, a creative, fun and eco-friendly printmaking technique! Using recycled food packaging, learn the basics of engraving and create original prints with surprising graphic effects.
Discover Tetrapak engraving, an original, accessible and eco-friendly printmaking technique that transforms everyday packaging into real artistic supports. Using recycled food cartons (juice, milk, soup cartons, etc.), participants learn how to draw, engrave and print their own creations with simple tools.
Thanks to the thin aluminium layer found inside Tetrapak packaging, this technique creates prints rich in textures, contrasts and graphic details. Combining artistic experimentation with recycling awareness, this workshop invites both children and adults to discover the basics of printmaking while giving free rein to their imagination.
A fun, creative and sustainable activity to explore the world of printmaking in a different way!
Supervised by Rodolphe DEMOL, a lecturer at the École des Beaux-Arts du Genevois (EBAG).
Pre-bookings can be made online 48 hours before the start of the activity or at the Activities Desk opposite the Tourist Office.
