Conquer an emblematic summit of the Chablais massif: Tête de Bostan (2406 m).
Accessible from Morzine via a wild and varied itinerary. Starting from l'Erigné, this hike takes you through forests, mountain pastures and panoramic ridges, passing the Golèse refuge.
You'll start with a gentle climb through undergrowth to the Chardonnière bridge, before reaching the heights of the Golèse valley. From the refuge, the landscape opens out onto the surrounding mountains. The climb then continues over the vast slopes of Avouille, before following the ridge to Pas de la Latte and the summit.
Along the way, you'll come across alpine chalets, herds of cattle and spectacular views of the Dents Blanches, Mont Ruan and the Swiss landscape. The route is well-marked and accessible to good walkers in summer, or snowshoe/ski tourers in winter, depending on snow conditions.
