Stand-up paddling is a water sport in which you stand up on a board that's longer than a traditional surfboard, propelled by a paddle.

Lake and descent: After a 30 to 40 minute initiation on Lac des Îlettes in Sallanches, we join the nearby Arve River (about 30 meters away) to descend 7 km of particularly suitable river. It's a whitewater paddling experience, and the sensation of standing up on the current is absolutely brilliant. You'll get to grips with the waves and master the stops, with your guide always suggesting the best one for you. Mont Blanc at your back, the Aravis mountains and the Fiz above you. It's a great experience to share with family and friends, and a wonderful feeling of freedom and nature!
