In winter: This simple yet comfortable chalet is an ideal base for enjoying winter sports. The Grand Massif ski area is just 7 km away, and the Agy Nordic ski area (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, etc.) is 3 km away. Very easy to reach, it is located 10 km from the highway exit and the Cluses train station. It’s a 45-minute drive from Geneva, Chamonix, and Annecy. In summer: Large terrace and magnificent views. Situated in a quiet location at an altitude of 1,030 m, it’s an ideal base camp for enjoying mountain activities: hiking, mountain biking, summer tobogganing, and the aquatic center (including a spa and Zen pool…). Very easy to reach, it is located 10 km from the Cluses highway exit and train station. Annecy, Chamonix, and Geneva are 50 minutes away. The “Fer à Cheval” site (a “Grand Site de France”) is just 25 minutes away. Outside the winter season, the chalet can be rented for 2 people (ground floor only).
