Ski area Grands Montets

Located between 1235 and 2800 meters, the Grands Montets ski area offers breathtaking vertical drops and "life-size" skiing right next to the glaciers. This is where skiing is experienced in XXL. Access and skiing today: Following the fire at the Lognan station, access to the resort is now via the Plan Joran gondola (2134 m). Rest assured, the spirit of the place remains intact: steep slopes, quality snow and an Alpine ambience are still present on the pistes and off-piste itineraries that have made its reputation. 2026-2027: An architectural renaissance The giant is preparing to return to its summit. Thanks to a project signed by renowned architect Renzo Piano, you'll soon be able to reach 3275 metres once again, beneath the Aiguille Verte.
