This 150m² holiday cottage is located within a spacious, high-end chalet, 2km from the center of Megève, and also includes a small, independent apartment on the ground floor. The cottage has its own private entrance (only one step if you park in front of it). The garden is also on this level. With its warm and inviting living area, the cottage is perfect for a getaway with family or friends. Parking in front of the cottage entrance (2 spaces) and in the private parking area below (1 space). Megève town center and shops are 2 km away (5 minutes by car). Megève Sports Center is 3 km away (swimming pool, wellness center, tennis courts, ice rink, etc.). Skiing is 3.2 km away (Jaillet or Rochebrune gondola lifts). Ski/bus shuttle stop is 150 m away (Priand farm). Saint-Servais thermal baths are 23 km away (approximately 30 minutes). Recreational area and summer swimming at Praz-sur-Arly lake are 2 km away (4 minutes by car). Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is 36 km away (approximately 45 minutes).
