The all-day seminar package includes the conference room and associated amenities (paper, pens, bottled water), a break at the half-day point (hot or cold drinks, snacks), a private exterior parking lot (for cars and/or a bus).
The residential seminar package includes lodging (10 studios and 60 one-bedroom apartments).
