The second day begins with a stop at the En Haut farm, where you can buy cheese, before continuing along a forest trail that leads back to Romme for a peaceful hike through the woods.
On the second day of this loop hike, you’ll immerse yourself in the wooded landscapes that separate Le Reposoir from Romme. You’ll stop at the En Haut farm, another opportunity to sample the region’s delicious cheeses. Then, as you follow a forest trail, you’ll enjoy the tranquility of the woods before heading back up toward the village of Romme.
No matter what hike you’re planning, be sure to pack cereal bars, plenty of water, sunglasses, sunscreen, a small first-aid kit, and clothing appropriate for your outing based on the season and the forecast.
