Halfway between Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, in the charming village of Alby-sur-Chéran, the restaurant Le Bourgeon has sprung up. In the heart of this medieval village, surrounded by colourful houses and stone arcades.
Adrien Lavorel and Enzo Duchesne decided to renovate an old village restaurant.
At the heart of the project is the desire to bring people closer to the living world and to introduce them to a cuisine that respects the environment and the land. The menu is inspired by plants and is built around the seasons, inexhaustible sources of creative energy for the chef. Favouring raw produce, he creates dishes that echo nature.
