A student residence that is transformed into a holiday centre for the whole summer, to welcome you in the best possible conditions. Welcoming accommodation in a magnificent location surrounded by the lake and mountains, and overlooking the town of Annecy.

The residence Pré Saint Jean has been approved by the Departmental Service for Social Cohesion and is transformed into a holiday centre during the summer. The centre welcome individuals and groups of hikers, cyclists, holiday camps, meetings and summer schools. From €28 per night for a group of 15 in a double room, breakfasts are included in the price and the rest of the meals are self-catering. Fully equipped kitchens and refrigerators are available to ensure that hygiene standards are met. This residence is in a magnificent location just a 5-min drive from Lake Annecy and not far from the town centre, at the foot of the Aravis mountains. You will enjoy the ideal location and the village-like layout. To relax, we provide the following: lounge, barbecues, table tennis, volleyball court, football pitch, basketball court (bring your own rackets, balls) and grassy areas.
