Description
The community has premises of various sizes open to private individuals or associations for the organization of events, receptions or meetings (reception hall, multipurpose hall and conference rooms).
The House of Industriality has a large hall and a mezzanine which can be rented to host exhibitions. As the municipal services are located in the House of Industriality, these spaces are essential places of passage allowing the inhabitants to join the useful to the pleasant by taking advantage of the exhibitions.
Required information :
- A certificate of Civil Liability Insurance and a deposit check are compulsory. The deposit and payment checks must be issued in the name of the requesting person.
- The reservation period before the event is maximum 1 year and minimum 2 months.
- The installation of a refreshment bar by the organizers is subject to a request for authorization to issue a temporary drinking establishment to the Population service.
- We remind you that it is strictly forbidden to cook in the rooms.
- For any material request, fill in the material request form. This must be returned to the Town Hall at least one month before the date of the event
