In an unspoilt location (panoramic view), renovated old Alpine chalet comprising 2 gîtes et 2 long-term lets. Gîte (50m2) + additional adjoining room (38m2) if required. Ground floor: kitchen area in living room (wood-burning stove), TV point, 2 bedrooms (beds: 2 double, 4 bunk), shower room, WC. Shared washing m/c. Electric heating. Courtyard, garden furniture, table-tennis, fenced area. Car port (2 cars). Le Plateau de Sommand-Le Praz de Lys (65km of cross-country skiing, 21 ski lifts). Hang-gliding, paragliding et skiing (school). 'Téléséjour' tel. shared by gîtes.

In a preserved panoramic site, old renovated alpine chalet also including 3 other gîtes upstairs (which have their own access). Self-catering gîte (98m2) on the same level on the ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen (wood stove + wood supplied), large living room with second kitchen (2 convertible sofas, TV dining area). The two adjoining bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 140x190cm bed + 2 90cm bunk beds), bedroom 2 (1 140x190cm bed + 2 90cm high beds). Two water locks (showers), 2 separate toilets. WiFi internet. Shared washing machine with token system, electric heating. Car parking in front of the gîte (shelter for 2 cars). Courtyard, large shared flat area with games for children, table and chairs. Ping-pong. Ski on site in winter: Praz-De-Lys / Sommand ski area (55km of slopes, 23 ski lifts). At the Praz-de-Lys plateau 9km (Col de la Ramaz): cross-country skiing, paragliding, shops (open in season only). Many hikes from the cottage.
