Located near the Foron river, it is commonly referred to as "les iles" park. Covering an area of around half a hectare, its design is entirely the work of the town's technical services.
Placed under the responsibility of the user, it is much frequented, particularly at weekends when people come with their families. A pleasant place for picnics, it's also a favorite spot for pétanque players. It's worth noting that the undergrowth where the Foron quietly meanders is a great place to relax.
The Parc des Îles du Foron is a natural area on the border between Ville-la-Grand and Gaillard, along the river that separates France and Switzerland. It's an ideal place for walks and relaxation.
Location: Along the Foron, near the sports complex and the town's shopping area.
