The oratory of Saxel was founded in 1785 by the peddler Marin Joseph Fontaine. It still belongs to the association of the inhabitants of Saxel.

In the central niche, three statues representing the Holy Family Holy Family: Mary, Joseph and Jesus. The loaf is closed by iron gate on which is forged the sign of the peddlers. The basin in front of the oratory was added in 1904.
