During the school summer vacations, come and discover the activities offered by the Forme d'O lifeguards.

During even-numbered weeks : - Tuesday, Apnea: Want to dive in absolute calm? Our lifeguards will introduce you to the art of freediving, in complete safety. - Wednesday, Rescue: Come and learn first aid in a friendly atmosphere with Forme d'O's lifeguards! - Thursday, Team games : Fun, water and sport: team games are the place to be for fun-loving champions! During odd-numbered weeks : - Tuesday, Aquafun: Move, jump, splash... It's Aquafun time with a good dose of fun! - Wednesday, Lifesaving: Come and learn first aid in a good atmosphere with Forme d'O's lifeguards! - Thursday, Fun course: Obstacles, challenges, laughter... A 100% fun aquatic course! The Open Games are open to all, no reservation required. Swimming shorts are forbidden.
