The office has a warm and spacious reception area where visitors will find brochures, information panels and a children's area.

Our reception desk offers the following services: - Free brochures and information. - Registration for guided tours offered by the tourist office - Compagnie du Mont Blanc kiosk: sale of season passes (summer and winter) as well as round-trip tickets (Aiguille du Midi, Montenvers-Mer de Glace, and Brévent) - Chamonix Mobilité kiosk: sale of bus tickets and passes - Sale of posters and souvenirs featuring the Chamonix logo - Sale of pucks and tickets for ice hockey games. - Sale and distribution of guest cards - Sale of fishing permits - Last-minute hotel reservations - Photocopying, black-and-white or color printing, and scanning services. - Free Wi-Fi The Tourist Office has held the “Destination d’Excellence” certification since December 2025
