Nous: a unique dining concept with private catering for up to 12 guests at the chef's home. Customized menus, designed in accordance with the client's wishes, produced using seasonal produce and local expertise.

A single table, a single reservation, the place is privatized with each reservation (from 1 to 12 place settings) Signature menu (3 appetizers and 7-course menu based on the best products of the moment).
