Description
Discover the basics of clay modelling by creating a molded mountain in clay. Reliefs, volumes and textures: learn how to shape a landscape while developing your creativity and observational skills.
Discover the basics of clay modelling through the creation of a mountain-inspired relief in clay. In this hands-on workshop, participants explore how to translate a natural landscape into volumes, textures and shapes by sculpting their own interpretation of a mountain.
Step by step, you will learn how to build structure, create depth and work with contrasts to bring your landscape to life. From rough forms to finer details, this workshop encourages observation of natural reliefs while developing creativity, imagination and sensitivity to materials.
A fun and accessible introduction to modelling, combining artistic expression with an exploration of nature in three dimensions.
Supervised by Rodolphe DEMOL, a lecturer at the École des Beaux-Arts du Genevois (EBAG).
Pre-bookings can be made online 48 hours before the start of the activity or at the Activities Desk opposite the Tourist Office.
