Receiving a diagnosis or welcoming a child with an ASD into your class often raises a host of questions: how can you best support them? This discussion will help you understand how people with ASD function and the difficulties they may face in their daily lives. You will be given ideas for tools and adjustments to guide you as effectively as possible in your future considerations.
Gaëlle MAITRE is a clinical developmental psychologist specialising in supporting people with neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD, ADHD, TDI, etc.). Based in Sallanches, she supports children, teenagers and adults using cognitive and behavioural therapies and structured education.
