First shops and La Flégère gondola in the village of Les Praz within a 15-minute walk. Close to cross-country ski trails, footpaths and 18-hole golf course. Bus stop and SNCF train station a 10-minute walk away. Outdoor parking space. Maximum capacity: 5 people - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed - Living room: 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed on the mezzanine Kitchenette: hob and oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Shower room with toilet. Cosy living area with sofa bed and TV. 2 terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. Enclosed garden to be shared with the owners' cottage. Swing and trampoline. In winter, access to a closed, heated room for ski equipment. Please note, rates are for 2 people. Extra charge of €25/night for each additional person. Lodging managed by a private individual.
