Gîte (64m2) on the 1st level of a chalet also including another gîte upstairs. Common entrance on the 1st level from the garden (summer), or from the basement (in winter). Very nice view of Mont-Joly and the back slopes of the ski area. In the cottage: open entrance hall with storage, fitted kitchen open to living room (wood stove, sofa, armchairs, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 90x190cm), bathroom water (shower), separate wc. Balcony, large south-west terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Floor heating. Wi-Fi internet. Sheets and end of stay cleaning are included. Possibility to rent towels. In the basement of the gîte: private laundry room with washing machine, storage space for skis. Parking with a covered place. Village center and shops at 1.2km (10 to 15 minutes on foot). Skiing at 1km in winter (Lay gondola) or Gorge gondola at 1.5km. Cross-country skiing at 850m. Thermal baths of Saint-Gervais/Le Fayet 15km (20 minutes). Megève 30 minutes by car, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 40 minutes. In summer: Le Pontet leisure center 1.5 km away: summer swimming, horse riding, tennis, adventure trail, rock climbing.
