A real mountain chalet atmosphere for this warm, single-storey gîte, near Plaine-Joux (skiing, hiking). Very nice layout and interior equipment: wood stove, very comfortable bedding, Netflix... Quiet environment. Skiing and hiking 5km. Departure of hikes at 600 meters. Maximum capacity: 5 people.

Gîte of 61m2 laid out on one level on the ground floor of a chalet also comprising another accommodation upstairs (occupied all year round). The cottage is nestled at an altitude of 950m, 5 minutes walk from the village center of the Plateau d'Assy. Very nice view of the Mont-Blanc massif from the entrance to the gîte and the terrace. Independent entrance: open entrance hall with storage, fitted kitchen open to the living area (TV, wood stove, sofa), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm that can form a large bed 180cm). Shower room (large shower), separate wc, laundry room. Wi-Fi Internet. Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Parking in front of the entrance to the gîte. Private south-facing terrace area with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue and ping-pong table in summer. Plateau d'Assy village center about 500m away: mini-market, bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy, medical center, souvenir shop, multisport area, playground, pump track. Notre-Dame-de-toute-Grâce church decorated by the masters of modern art. Curalla via ferrata on the hiking trail starting from the Plateau d'Assy. Family ski resort/hiking at Plaine-Joux 10 minutes by car: skiing in winter, numerous hikes (Pormenaz, Anterne, Lac vert), green lake, paragliding, fishing. Passy at 6km, leisure center and swimming lake at 7km. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 25 minutes by car. Saint-Gervais/Megève ski area 11km away (Bettex gondola). Saint-Gervais thermal baths 8km away.
