Gîte of 61m2 laid out on one level on the ground floor of a chalet also comprising another accommodation upstairs (occupied all year round).
The cottage is nestled at an altitude of 950m, 5 minutes walk from the village center of the Plateau d'Assy.
Very nice view of the Mont-Blanc massif from the entrance to the gîte and the terrace.
Independent entrance: open entrance hall with storage, fitted kitchen open to the living area (TV, wood stove, sofa), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm that can form a large bed 180cm).
Shower room (large shower), separate wc, laundry room. Wi-Fi Internet.
Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Parking in front of the entrance to the gîte.
Private south-facing terrace area with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue and ping-pong table in summer.
