Exceptional panoramic views of Mont Blanc from this cozy cottage located in a quiet area of Cordon. Beautiful chalet-style interior, with underfloor heating, panoramic terrace, and cleaning included. Skiing 4.5 km away in winter. Maximum occupancy: 4 people.

Facing the Mont Blanc massif and its iconic peaks: this 36m² (380 sq ft) cottage is located on the ground floor of a small chalet, with two garages located above the cottage (separating slab). You'll appreciate the peace and quiet and the incredible views from the bedroom, living room, and terrace. The cottage's prime location makes it a magnificent starting point for exploring the Mont Blanc region. Access to the cottage is via an exterior staircase with a handrail. The cottage comprises: a living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the living/dining area (TV, convertible Z-settee offering an extra 140x190cm bed), a sleeping area with two 80x190cm (31x75in) beds (separated by a curtain from the living room), and access to the bedroom (one 160x200cm (63x79in) bed, TV), a bathroom (walk-in shower), and a separate toilet in the bathroom. Sheets are included (beds made), as is end-of-stay cleaning. Wi-Fi. Panoramic terrace with complete garden furniture: table and chairs, parasol, deckchairs, and electric barbecue. Underfloor heating. Ski locker on the terrace. Private parking space. You can store your bikes or other leisure equipment in the garages located above the cottage. The cottage is located next to the owners' chalet. Cordon village center 600m (10-12 minutes on foot): mini-market, restaurant, bar, Tourist Office. Cordon family ski resort 4.5km. Megève and Combloux resorts 7km (Princess gondola or Combloux resort parking). Sallanches town 4.5km. Megève is a 20-minute drive (10 km): Palais des Sports with swimming pool, wellness area, ice rink, casino, etc. Combloux village and biotope lake are 5 km away (10 minutes by car). Saint-Gervais thermal baths are 12 km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 35-minute drive (30 km). Annecy, Yvoire (medieval village), and Lake Geneva are about 1 hour away. Numerous hiking and snowshoeing trails are available in the area all year round.
