Facing Lake Geneva, this beautiful, bright house is just steps from the shops in Publier and very close to Evian-les-Bains. With a furnished south-facing terrace, balcony, warm interior, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and air conditioning, everything is in place for a comfortable stay in the heart of the Chablais region, between the lake and the mountains.

Detached house on a property that also includes another house (gîte reference 218003). Access is shared between the two gîtes. The 96m² house (+30m² attic space) is arranged over two levels and offers a beautiful view of Lake Geneva. There are two entrances to the gîte from the parking area: one via an external staircase, and the other at ground level. Ground floor: - Fitted kitchen opening onto a lovely south-facing terrace. - Living/dining room with lake view: dining table, electric sofa, armchairs, television, Bluetooth connectivity.
